2 Corinthians 6:13-15 is referring to marriage. I don't think that believers should not fellowship with unbelievers. Jesus spent His time with the sinners. The Bible also says He who is without sin, cast the first stone. I understand where you are coming from on this, but I think you should just pray for the person and let God deal with them.

King David said in Psalms 26:4 "I have not sat with men of untruth; And with those who hide what they are I do not come in."

Yes, 2 Cor. 6:14-18

14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

15 And what concord hath Christ with Be'li-al? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?

16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; 1 Cor. 3.16 ; 6.19 as God hath said,
         I will dwell in them, and walk in them;
and I will be their God,
and they shall be my people. Lev. 26.12 · Ezek. 37.27

17 Wherefore come out from among them,
         and be ye separate,
saith the Lord,
and touch not the unclean thing; Is. 52.11
and I will receive you,

18 and will be a Father unto you,
and ye shall be my sons and daughters, 2 Sam. 7.14 · 1 Chr. 17.13
saith the Lord Almighty.

Probably one of the best examples of what happens when a believer begins to fellowship with non-believers is found in the story of Abraham's nephew Lot.

Lot had enough faith that he left the land of Ur with Abraham, and travelled into the unknown. Together they traveled the land, build herds, grow rich, hired servants, etc. until they were not able to stay together because their flocks and followers were too large. So Abraham offered Lot his choice of the land. Lot took the most fertile part of it, the valley near Sodom and Gommorah.

It is not too long before you find Lot, not tending his sheep outside the city, but living within in. The Bible says he was one who "sat by the city gates", which is a Hebrew term that meant he had become one of the judges of the city. Because of his honest, righteous lifestyle, the people made him a judge, and would come by the city gates were the judges sat for his help.

Before long, his older daughters were married to men from Sodom. Even his wife had grown to love the city and its lifestyle.

So when God came to destroy they city, Lot had become so corrupted by the lifestyle there that he was willing to give his daughters over to a gang to be raped to protect himself. His sons-in-law refused to leave the city when he warned them. God had to literally have the angels take him and his family by the hands and drag them out. Even then, his wife so longed for the city that she turned back and was destroyed by the action. Even after that, Lot is unwilling to totally leave Sodom, and ask for permission to stay in a small town nearby.

There his daughters get him drunk and rape him, so that they each become pregnant by him.

Lot, who had been a good, moral man allowed his relationship with ungodly people (who he was probably trying to help by being a good judge for them) to destroy his morals to where he lost his older children, his wife, his possessions, and ended up in incest with his remaining children.

Please check out the out-come of the relationship between Jehoshaphat and Ahab, Hezikiah and the envoys from Babylon, Saul the first king of Israel and the witch at Endor, there are many examples of such relations but the result was always disasterous for those who were supposed to be on the side of God. Read 2 corenthians 6:14
